Epoxy injection is a technique for permanently repairing cracks in concrete structures. It is not just surface filling; it injects epoxy under high pressure to fuse deep cracks. The epoxy resin fills the voids inside the concrete so that separated structure bonds back into one piece.

Cracks are often patched wrongly with general fillers (acrylic or mortar) smeared over cracks in columns, beams or load-bearing slabs. That is only temporary; when the structure moves or moisture builds up, those materials peel quickly. Epoxy injection addresses the root cause:

• Penetrates to the root — a high-pressure injector drives resin deep to fully fuse the crack.
• Structural strength — once fully cured, its compressive strength exceeds the original concrete.
• Stops water and rust — fully filling the crack blocks water and moisture from attacking the rebar, the main cause of future concrete spalling.

• Surface prep — clean the crack of dust, oil and moisture so the chemical bonds best.
• Install packers — set injection ports along the crack, then seal the remaining crack with epoxy paste to stop resin escaping during injection.
• Inject the resin — use a high-pressure machine to inject point by point, bottom to top or left to right, until resin fills and overflows at the next port.
• Finish the surface — once fully cured (about 24 hours), remove the ports and grind the surface smooth, ready for paint or coating.
