• Cautions: costlier than acrylic; surface prep and installation require high skill; the slab must be fully dry first or it may blister.

📍 Best for: flat concrete decks, ponding-prone areas, valley gutters, water tanks and underground structures.

If the deck is well sloped, does not pond and you need to control budget, an acrylic system fits. But for a flat concrete deck with cracks that often ponds after rain, a PU system is the better, more permanent investment.
